 Ms. Singh, a very experienced, senior teacher
who was in my classroom every day
and who had been at the school since it was built,

WARNED ME TO "FILE A GRIEVANCE TO GET PROTECTION FROM
psychobrat-principal stevie's HARASSMENT AND ABUSE!"

I REALIZED SHE WAS RIGHT.
So, when I was at the school district office,
I asked for a professional intervention for assistance.

I agreed with the esteemed and experienced teacher, Ms. Singh,
and I described psychobrat stevie's extremely abusive behavior
to an assistant superintendent,
but instead of addressing the problem of stevie's abusive behavior
by having trained professionals investigate the situation,
the asst. superintendent whom I spoke to said that
she was going to tell stevie* what I said to her
(like a little child would do, "i'm gonna tell what you said!")

Then, psychobrat stevie immediately multiplied his abuse 13x
by storming into my classroom the next Sunday when I was prepping
and by berating, scolding and threatening me
with letters of reprimand

for daring to seek professional district intervention
for protection from psycho-stevie's EXTREME ABUSE.

Well, there's a reason for it.
It's about intentionally showing contempt and disrespect,

Recently, I came upon information about a
MICHAEL JOHNSON, a Band teacher from Florida
who was hired by gallup high school in 2018.

Soon, they fired MICHAEL JOHNSON, like they fired me, DAVID SCULLY,
and in the same time frame (about 3 montns)

They seem almost like twin cases.
We both had credentials from other states.
We both passed background checks.
We both travelled longs distances at great expense and trouble.

We both had some parent complain because they browsed the internet, and had "concerns."

We both were fired with a smear, hints that we were sexually inappropriate.

With him it was that he insisted on measuring the boys for their band uniforms, for the best fit.
(Though I think he should be praised for not measuring any girls.)

With me it was a student who had a crush on me, causing gossip which I needed to talk to her about.


What I noticed is that 
MICHAEL JOHNSON and
CHARLES JOHNSON have the same last name.

MICHAEL JOHNSON is the INNOCENT, HARD-WORKING BAND TEACHER.
CHARLES JOHNSON is gallup high school PRINCIPAL, the gallup-mckinley school district administator
who raped gallup high school boys for years, had 400 sex charges, and just died in prison.


In brief,
for now,
I Speculate that the district is engaged in a conspiracy to "hire-to-fire" teachers
I believe that this is done to distract and confuse and muddy the waters
(Did they seek out a "JOHNSON" and choose "MICHAEL JOHNSON" because his name would be confused with "CHARLES JOHNSON"!?).
In other words, the district had a reputation that was so bad
because of sex crimes and murders by administrators
that it seems to have hired a public relations firm who advised them to confuse people about the issue.

For example, now people will thing of MICHAEL JOHNSON, the good Band teacher who the district fired (yay for the district!)
and not CHARLES JOHNSON, THE ADMINISTRATOR SEX PERVERT PRINCIPAL WHO RAPED 7 BOYS AND HAD 400 SEX CRIMES (BAD DISTRICT!)

It's kind of like the Orwellian tv ad which says
"Weyerhauser...the tree planting company."
(Actually, Weyerhauser is a company that destroys forests to make paper products.)

So, now people will think of gallup s.d. as the district that fires potential sex predator teachers like JOHNSON,
when in reality gallup s.d. is the district that grows its own sex predator criminal administrators like JOHNSON.
Confusing, right?

That's their whole objective

 The district is PROJECTING THEIR OWN FAULTS, BLAME SHIFTING, SHAME DUMPING on teachers
like Michael Johnson and me and how many others?
