These behaviors don't even rise to the level of specks in the eyes of these wonderful (thank us) teachers.
These behaviors are called appropriately DOING OUR JOBS (which, of course, they illegally and unethically and immorally deprive us of,
deprive this Veteran of the day after Veterans' Day weekend, 2016).

Religious people of the Christian faith believe that
in the New Testament, Jesus also warned against projection:
"Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
How can you say to your brother,
'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a PLANK in your own eye?
You hypocrite, first take the PLANK out of your own eye,

Gaslighting

Gaslighting ... defined as making someone question their reality.
Gaslighter
someone ... who persistently puts forth a false narrative
which leads another person to doubt their own perceptions
to the extent that they become disoriented and distressed.
This dynamic is generally only possible ... in unequal power relationships
or when fearful of the losses associated with challenging the false narrative.
"Gaslighting" once referred to extreme manipulation that could induce mental illness.
In self-help and amateur psychology
Stephanie Moulton Sarkis explained that it takes "a certain amount of cognitive dissonance to remain connected to a gaslighter"
and that "the healthiest way to resolve cognitive dissonance" in such situations involves
"leaving or distancing yourself from the gaslighter"

As described by Patricia Evans, self-help author, the seven "warning signs" of gaslighter are:
Withholding information from the victim;
Countering information to fit the abuser's perspective;
Discounting information;
Using verbal abuse, usually in the form of jokes;
Blocking and diverting the victim's attention from outside sources;
Trivializing ("minimising") the victim's worth; and,
Undermining the victim by gradually w eakening them and their thought processes.
Some physically abusive spouses [or bosses]may gaslight their partners by flatly denying that they have been violent
(for example, psychobrat stevie wartgo replying to my report that his goon shop guy put a 12" knife to my belly,
"he's a nice guy, and a deacon in my church." (Is he naked under his deacon robe, with naked children playing with his genitals,
like that principal at gallup high school?)
Sociopaths and narcissists consistently transgress social mores, break laws and exploit others, but typically also are convincing liars, sometimes charming ones, who consistently deny wrongdoing. Thus, some who have been victimized by sociopaths may doubt their own perceptions.[16]
Gaslighting in the workplace is when people do things that cause colleagues to question themselves and their actions in a way that is detrimental to their careers.[17] The victim may be excluded, made the subject of gossip, persistently discredited or questioned to destroy their confidence. The perpetrator may divert conversations to perceived faults or wrongs.[18] Gaslighting can be committed by anyone and can be especially detrimental when the perpetrator has a position of power.[19]

It's a lot like that other mentally ill principal, stevie wartgo.
I described in my Courageous WhistleBlowing Complaint on this website
how stevie pulled a "Taming of The Shrew" assault on me the first week.
Just as a reminder, school had been in session only 2 or 3 days in August, 2016,
when psycho-brat punk, religious fanatic and wannabe military officer/fbi blackshirt/cop stevie wartgo
came to my room and said my arrangement of student desks in groups of four
"violated all educational theory."
The wartgo then took me to other classrooms nearby, praising the desk arrangements.
Then (AND THIS IS THE GOD HONEST TRUTH!)
the wartgo-brat took me to a classroom where
THE DESKS WERE ARRANGED IN GROUPS OF FOUR EXACTLY AS I HAD THEM ARRANGED IN MY CLASSROOM.
He praised the arrangement as a another model I could imitate.
I just stepped back and watched him and said nothing,
suspecting that he was just trying to start an argument so he could fire me.
I recently learned there's a name for that kind of nonsense.
It's called "gaslighting."

Petruchio, Katherine, and Hortensio enter, accompanied by servants

Katherine. "I know it's the moon."
Petruchio. "Well, you're a liar, then. It's the blessed sun."
So, Petruchio said it was the moon, even though he knew it was the sun.
He made her say it was the moon.
They he called her a liar for agreeing with him, because it was the sun.
They call that "gaslighting."

Gaslighting refers to a form of intimidation or psychological abuse
where false information is presented to the victim.
The purpose of such act is to make them doubt their own memory and perception.
This term is also known as ambient abuse.
Now, I didn't doubt myself when psychobrat principal stevie wartgo pulled that crap.
I just didn't say anything,
because I suspected he wanted to start an argument and fire me on the spot.
I waited until the time was right to disclose what a punk brat he is.
