On October 22, 2004
I sent a letter to
Deputy Doherty
at the Pixley, Ca, substation
of the Tulare County Sheriff.
1 559 757-3526
I called him
a few times since then
for a follow-up,
but he was never available
and never returned a call.
I finally spoke to him
a couple of days ago.
He said
he didn't remember me
or the case
where my property
was shot up with shotguns.
That seemed quite disingenuous.
I asked him if they
had done
ANYTHING AT ALL
to investigate the case,
and he said they hadn't.
I said,
"What about fingerprints ?
They ransacked the place.
Fingerprints must be all
over the place."
He said lifting fingerprints
is hard.
He said usually they go by
tire tracks and footprints.
Only thing is,
when I went out to my property,
two days ago,
an area around my structure
ten feet wide
was raked smooth to the dirt.
I thought it was curious
when I saw it,
but, after Doherty's comments
about tire tracks
and foot prints,
it's pretty clear
that it's a cover-up.
Now, the number of suspects
in that EXTREMELY remote
no-man's land
5 miles West of Pixley, CA,
is EXTREMELY limited.
It is the opinion
of Mr. Howard,
a distinguished senior citizen
and lifetime resident of Pixley,
with extensive landholdings
and a grazing operation
adjacent to our properties,
that it was kids
who shot up my property
and some of his things.
Now, I met Randy Gorzeman's
teenage son riding
his four wheeler,
toting his rifle,
around our property.
The primary suspect is
Randy Gorzeman's son.
Randy's a rich kid from Chino.
The people with dairies in Chino
have been selling their dairies
for up to $640,000 per acre,
and buying land for new dairies
in Tulare County
for $2,000 per acre.
When I called Deputy Doherty
to my property
to make the report,
Doherty said several times,
"It's all about money."
What he meant by that statement,
repeated several times,
is subject to interpretation.
However, based on the way
things are playing out,
a reasonable interpretation
is that Doherty
and the Tulare County sheriffs
are rent-a-cops
for Randy Gorzeman
and the other
rich dairy kids
from Chino.
All I can do
is report truthfully,
people.
Just remember
for whom the bell tolls.
"October 22, 2004
Case number 04-13818
Deputy Doherty
Pixley Substation
Tulare County Sheriff"
I'll send him the letters again,
with a copy of this weblog entry,
and this time I'll certify it.
