I'm NOT the problem.

PEOPLE WILL LAUGH IN YOUR FACE Two elected officials - Democrats in high offices, one an old friend, one a new one - have disagreed with my opinion that the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. They said that many court decisions rejected many claims of fraud and, because it's their career to know, they were able to cite where and which courts in which states. I can't do that, but I can, and do, have a reasonable analysis based on well-known facts that are easier to know - INTIMIDATION. 1. Intimidating Justice Kavanaugh's Family 2. Judiciary Committee Raises Concerns 3. Protests of Public Officials in Restaurants 4. Surge in Threats to Public Officials

DAVID SCULLY

"That big spike that occurs there is A PRIME INDICATOR OF FRAUDULENT VOTING IN THE 2020 ELECTION." 570,000 for Biden, 3,200 for Trump !? 170 times as many? *******

President Trump, They're YOUR wars now - it's been 3 1/2 months! CLOSE SPIGOT NOW - UKRAINE & ISRAEL END isr support. feed and med Gazans Manhattan Project. I'm ready to get that done for you.

I'm THE ANSWER!

Wed 5/7. It's been an eventful week. On Mon 5/5, I was accidentally invited to a reception in the huge and stunning Keystone Bldg Lobby. More on that later. 3 Days Earlier, Fri 5/2, I happened onto a Bernie Sanders rally in HBG at Farm Complex. fbi stalks me everywhere, and they did there. Bernie interesting. Took notes, can't find now. I iike, but disagree some. He said bad Trump attacking Harvard. no, that's good - universities the problem
5. Here's a Leader Who, I'm Sure, Likes neither Violence nor it's precursor, Intimidation You see, the court cases regarding election fraud in 2020 were filed, in the first place, because of anomalies that raised suspicion - prima facie evidence of election fraud. After pence showed himself as the mannequin he is (not a man), and the hysteria over the Capitol Protest grew, and a year of violence and murder in the streets of The United States, the courts raised the white flag and said, "they stole it fair and square." In 2024, the people took it back. SCROLL DOWN
It is my opinion that the 2020 election was stolen. It's not that we think Trump is that great, it's that we think OUR PROCESS is worth fighting for. WE HAVE TO RESPECT THE PROCESS YOU, dear reader, individually, likely were not involved or even aware of the scheme, and arguing for your side is natural - whether your side is Democrat, Republican, or just The Truth. I'm proud to be the grandson of a Democratic Assemblyman (NJ) (Joseph Delaney)

"Boston magistrates put Captain Thomas Kemble in the stocks in 1656 because, having returned from a three-year absence, he kissed his wife at his doorstep - 'lewd and unseemly behavior' in the eyes of the court." H.L. Mencken defined Puritanism as "THE HAUNTING FEAR THAT SOMEONE, SOMEWHERE, MAY BE HAPPY."

THE PURITANS

The pilgrims, a few hundred English Calvinists who settled Cape Code in 1620, are NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH THE PURITANS of Massachusetts Bay. The pilgrims arrived in 1620 on the Mayflower,

and ten years later, THE PURITANS left England en masse, and arrived in America in the 1630's, - 25,000 in just twelve short years - and soon THESE PURITANS would bring the Plymouth pilgrims and the other colonies of New England under their control. (from "American Nations" by Colin Woodard - 2011, pp. 57-58) And how did the QUAKERS who settled in and around Philadelphia and Harrisburg make out with THE PILGRIMS ? "THE PURITANS forbade anyone to settle in their colony who failed to pass a test of religious conformity... Quakers were disfigured for easy identification, their nostrils slit, their ears cut off, or their faces branded with the letter 'H' for 'heretic'. Puritans doled out death sentences for infractions such as adultery...teenage rebellion. They fined farmers who tended their cows, raked hay, or hunted birds on the Sabbath." (ibid., pp. 57-58) In 1774, at The First Continental Congress, held in Philadelphia in September, "The Quakers had not forgotten how their ancestors had been tortured and executed by the Puritans." (ibid, pp. 123-124)
THE SALEM WITCH TRIALS OF 1692-1693 WERE THE WORK OF THE PURITANS, PLAIN AND SIMPLE Puritans firmly believed in the existence of the Devil and his influence on the world. They saw witchcraft as a manifestation of the Devil's power. ok, we'll be back to religious fanaticism and mass hysteria later, but now we're going to discuss an Absurd and Deeply Hurtful and Harmful Comparison. SCROLL DOWN ABSURD and DEEPLY HURTFUL and HARMFUL COMPARISON Debbie Wasserman Schultz establishes, for me, the premise. That is, there exist "Absurd and Deeply Hurtful and Harmful Comparisons." Thank You, Debbie. I have not studied whether RFK made an absurd and deeply hurtful and harmful comparison, but I agree with Rep. Debbie Schultz that such comparisons happen. Here, I will present an Absurd and Deeply Hurtful and Harmful Comparison which clearly did happen, and to which I took great exception in 1982. Here it is - THE ABSURD & D H & H COMPARISON - spoken in 1982, by an old white female instructor to a much younger student at sac state univ ("relative position of power" issue), aggressively and mockingly, and clearly amused with the situation, repeatedly thrusting her index finger to the students nose tip. "CALLING A WHITE WOMAN A WOMEN'S LIBBER IS JUST AS BAD AS CALLING A BLACK MAN A N!@@#%" I was the young graduate student, and julie gwynn was the ditzy, male-stripper-obsessed spouse of ("relative position of power" issue) the old, hippie, smirking, department chair, john gwynn. she was the canary in the coal mine, as ALL the white female faculty shared that attitude and taught it to their students, but were more circumspect, unlike the beer-swilling, power-drunk department-chair-spouse. I had been lured to their Friday afternoon socials to be berated, mocked, and worked on. but wait! there's more! - SCROLL DOWN! BUT WAIT - THERE'S MORE! the power-drunk, male-stripper-obsessed, spouse-of-department-chair (relative position of power issue) - still poking her index finger to the student's nose tip - smirking with delight, PRONOUNCED "WHITE MEN HAVE IT COMING TO THEM!" (incidentally, I, that berated young graduate student, had never said the nword, nor "women's libber" - in her power-drunk, hate-filled state, she would make pronouncements, "YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO SAY 'GAL' ANY MORE!" (her daughter, who went to Stanford - "not a ratty little school like sac state," she added - said so). (and, of course, I had never used the word "gal" there, either) so ... what would YOU have done? Me? I wrote a civil, professional, collegial open letter to the university community, explaining the situation, and stating that we needed to have a dialogue in the university community. I delivered the letter directly into the mailboxes of every student organization and of every faculty member in all the Social Studies Departments (English, History, Psychology, Sociology, Education, etc.) NB ("nota bene", note well, pay attention). If the university community had responded in a civil, professional and/or collegial manner to my absolutely very appropriate call for a university dialog, I would not have created RUSH LIMBAUGH. I would have graciously, professionally, and collegially discussed the matter. But they didn't and I didn't and I wrote newsletters and I shook sac state to its foundations and I created rush Limbaugh (he imitated me). limbaugh IMITATED ME. HANNITY SAYS IT PROFOUNDLY CHANGED AMERICAN MEDIA AND THE U.S FOR THE BETTER The Weekly Newsletters I Wrote at sac state - aka "THE Limbaugh SCRIPT" SCROLL DOWN Now, you may be dubious about my assertion that the power-drunk-beer-swilling person's comparison that she expressed (written above) was truly ABSURD and DEEPLY HURTFUL and HARMFUL COMPARISON TO ME. "How was it hurtful and harmful to Doctor Scully?," you might wonder. Well, bravo! Good for you, then, if you wonder about that, for indeed it was not so very hurtful and harmful to ME, but it certainly sounds very hurtful and harmful to African Americans. After all, we're talking about 300 or 400 years of slavery here - chains and whips, separation of families!. Well then, wouldn't the outrage be listened to more earnestly if it is expressed by African Americans? Of course, it would. I did not feel that is was my place to try to express the hurt and harm and diminishment that African Americans might experience from that comparison so, in my newsletter, I wrote that I really wanted to know how the African Americans felt about that truly ABSURD and DEEPLY HURTFUL and HARMFUL COMPARISON, comparing the imagined tribulations of the bon bon consuming, mall shopping set to the actual tribulations of descendents of ancestors considered to be property, and not fully human. I guess I'm not perfect and didn't say it just perfectly, but the truth is I shouldn't have had to say it AT ALL, and I didn't want to be saying it at all because she shouldn't have said what she said the way she did, and the university community should have responded to me with the same collegiality and professionalism that I displayed when I introduced the issue in the first place. Debbie Schultz, above, says (I think) that RFK said that wearing covid masks is just as hellish as Jews hiding under floorboards to escape the nazis. She is Jewish. She is Florida's first female Jewish member of Congress. She calls that comparison Absurd and Deeply Harmful and Hurtful Comparison. I think we listen more about that from her because she IS Jewish. From the very beginning, from my first letter to the university community, I called for a dialog. I asked for input. I got input from only one person. She came up to me on campus and threatened me, warned me. She was sent by the white boy lawyer dean of students, timmy comtock. I encouraged her to say what she had to say in writing, and I'd publish it in my next newsletter. She did. I thanked her. He entry was a burst of disapproval of the use of the nword, and that was good but she did not address the white female's sense of entitlement, and sheer chutzpah, in equating the Absurdity, the Hurtfulness, and the Harmfulness of the expression "women's libber" and the slur referred to as the nword. Actually, 43 years later, I'm still waiting for that. If any African Americans in The Capitol Complex of buildings wants to step up and express their thoughts and feelings about that comparison, I will publish them without delay on my front page. BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. SCROLL DOWN Welcome to the club, Governor. It's not a good club to belong to ... except that as long as we and our loved ones remain uninjured, it's good in a way. It's good because those of us who experience attacks become wiser and more aware, and we can pull together. HERE, I NOW SHARE WITH OTHERS IN THIS COUNTRY MY EXPRESSIONS OF JOY THAT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY REMAIN UNINJURED. For me, in the next several weeks, I will take this event as an opportunity to share with you and others the attacks on me - physical, legal, financial, political, and destruction of my personal and real property and, not least of all, incessant attacks on my character and my reputation - that have occurred since I moved to Pennsylvania in 2006. I will compose soberly and without haste. STAY TUNED. (incidentally, Governor, I now respectfully bring to your attention a continuing matter of safety in middletown PA, and presumably elsewhere, regarding hostility and the recurring danger of violence at election polls. In 2015, I was on the ballot for council in middletown, and I felt I had to call the police before I would get out of my truck to approach the polling location. Eventually, 3 or 4 or 5 or so police cars responded as a hostile crowd of 100 (it SEEMED that big - maybe 50, or maybe 150 or 200 - I don't know) gathered. After a while of evaluating and managing, a policewoman approached and whispered into my ear, "It's A Good Thing You Called Us." I have been told that the law is that one has to stay 10' away from the door of a polling location. THAT IS ABSURD. It should be 100 feet at a minimum, and preferably 100 yards. In fact, why the hell should anybody be allowed to loiter ANYWHERE around the polls on election day? IT'S INTIMIDATION, PLAIN AND SIMPLE! Is that the law? Is it within the power of The Governor to change it?) SCROLL DOWN Back To Top

The fbi's stolen my phone and computers so many times and surveilled my phone and living quarters to many times for so many decades, that I am ONE OF THE MOST THOROUGHLY VETTED PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY I'm concerned that the PA State Legislative Chamber has something in their water or in their air ventilation system. They were talking crazy yesterday, Tuesday 5/6, about a bill to get teachers high (stoned) in the classroom. I think THEY were high. Some of them have "alcohol abuser" written all over their faces - not many, but a few. Me? I've been a health enthusiast since before the fitness and healthy eating crazes began over a half century ago - a plank owner of the movements. If that was another one of those moments like when sleazy, creepy-boy john paine and his stupid-party Republican back-bencher friends turned and laughed at me in the gallery after illegally conspiring to deprive me of my Civil Service Veteran employment rights, THEN THEY NEED TO SCREW THEIR HEADS ON TIGHTER, AND READ WHAT I WROTE 9 LINES ABOVE.
