OK, I'll explain it to you.

1.  Parents Do Math, Count Minutes
Five school age children in Utah
loved to play the piano.
Their lives revolved around it.
Their parents calculated the amount
of time that was wasted every day at school.

2.  Call School A Waste Of Time For Their Kids
When they calculated the amount of time wasted
going to school commuting, attending P.E. classes,
and other wasted down time doing nothing educational,
the parents concluded that each child was wasting
many hours a day by attending school.

3.  Home School Five Children
They took their kids out of school
and home schooled them.

4.  All Five Children Now In Julliard
All five children are now in Julliard together.
Unprecedented.

So, in other words, the schools
were dumbing down the kids.
The parents and kids wouldn't settle for that,
wouldn't tolerate it.
They took matters into their own hands.
They had to.

Incidentally, I got that story by watching
a recent program on TV - maybe PBS, I'm not sure.
