THE RULE OF 3 states that a Veteran with pa Veterans' Preference Status (That's me, David Scully)
who is ranked 1st, 2nd, or 3rd on a pa Civil Service List (That's me, David Scully)
MUST BE OFFERED THE POSITION FIRST (before anyone else) whenever any state entity hires from that list.
They violated that law, and they had no good reason, no valid reason to do so.
Of course, there's always a reason for everything and in this case it was sleazeball rep johnnie-boy-pain (john payne, ex-rep).
he said his reason was that he was in a tiff about some imagined slight. hmmm...

I insisted on a Civil Service Hearing and destroyed them.
Of course there was not much to destroy because they didn't have any good reason to violate the law and be criminals.
Basically, I just repeated back to them what they said - all silly, nonsense, irrelevant things - OR LIES!
THEIR COMPLAINTS
complaint I ... was that my answers were thorough and complete, taking a long time to answer. I replied that they could have politely asked the next question.
They complained about how long the interview took, and I mocked them thus, "BOO HOO HOO."
An early question, perhaps the first question, was "why did I want to work there, or work for the state, or why did I decide to work for the state"
or something like that. I gave a completely truthful answer. I told them that I rented a few rooms in my duplex and I'd had very bad experiences
with every renter who came from Middletown, where the duplex is. Well, Amtrak stopped DIRECTLY across the street from my duplex, and then it was
a 10-minute business/professional class ride to The Capitol Complex with thousands of offices and perhaps tens of thousands of jobs.
I felt I could rent to state workers who have regular work schedules and fairly normal, average behavior sets and relational skills.
Then it occurred to me that, among those tens of thousands of jobs, there should be some jobs I could do,
and then I could be the one taking the business/professional Amtrak commute.
So, I applied and got on Civil Service Lists.
complaint II ... They didn't like THE ELEGY book I wrote. They were really rolling their eyes about it, in their feeble effort at courtroom drama. In fact, their attorney
printed out multiple copies of my ebook, "The Truth, Our Graduate Student", now renamed "White-Ghetto-Child Elegy"
in a salute to Vice President JD Vance.
I think their attorney used the thickest paper, because there was stack upon stack upon stack of, apparently, my book.
My ebook, "White-Ghetto-Child Elegy, The Truth, Our Graduate Student" is not THAT long.
I didn't make the ebook a part of my application. I didn't submit it with my application.
Why are they nosing around in my writings that I have done on my own time - creative intellectual endeavors that are legally allowed
by The Constitution Of The United States - The First Amendment, The Freedom Of Speech Amendment.

A few days after the Civil Service Hearing where they LIED,
I was in the Gallery overlooking a session of state representatives,
and, in unison, a group of 20 or 30 white state representatives turned around,
looked up at me, and laughed at me.

Anyway, I was so dismayed and distraught at such an incredible wall of hostility and mockery and contempt that I encountered
just applying for ordinary state government jobs, and unable to afford a lawyer, I entered a period of "work-seeking depression,"
basically giving up my fight against the state.
But I've recovered and grown stronger over the past eleven years, as people do,
and I've fought other vicious battles against the deep state,
and I watched and supported and joined TEAM TRUMP for many reasons (but especially because of THE STEAL).

Though the state employees and their lawyer were scornful of my Elegy "The Truth, Our Graduate Student"
NO ONE has ever given a criticism other that saying it was "stupid" (projection, no doubt), and rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing and sighing.
If fact, President Trump, I humbly suggest that you and many of your retinue have the power and ability to investigate
my claims about my 1982 writings. Most of the people who were at sacramento state univ in 1982 are alive and trackable.
Anyone who was in education, media and politics in sacramento in 1982 when I wrote and distributed my publication,
and also those in sacramento in 2003 - 2005, when I blogged in sacramento, using The 2003 Recall Election as my megaphone,

and she and US Senator feingold presented the lie to the press, as a last ditch "Hail Mary" to de-rail Kavanaugh's Appointment,

I have been unable to get anyone to investigate it ... or, if they did, they swept it under the rug.
I once was described as "A Hot Potato." As you may recall, "Hot Potato" is a game children play, or used to play,
when they toss an object around, and when it is thrown to them they get rid of it as quickly as possible so not to "burn their hands."
The "Hot Potato" appellation was chosen, no doubt, because of my parents' Irish Heritage,
and because everyone was AFRAID to look into my claims and report their accuracy and truth

I found the rallies that I attended to be stimulating, upbeat, full of other smart citizens.
And at a rally at a farm near Carlisle I got up close and personal with a handful of VIP's
whose warmth and supportive and positive energies and attitudes have re-energized me and given me hope.
So, I am finally recovering from the EXTREME emotional and psychological depression caused
by the EXTREMELY CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR committed by johnnie-boy-pain and state employees and the fbi deep state.
Based upon this additional emotional suffering and alienation of affection and psychological abuse,
I believe we should sue firmly for an ADDITIONAL $20 million, all of which I will donate to Charity.
