CRIME COMMITTED BY PLANET FITNESS (with fbi criminals)
planet fitness in hummelstown/Hershey pa stole my phone in February 2024.
If you follow the link directly above you'll see what I wrote about this a year ago, in February 2024. I didn't press charges THEN.
Now, it's a year later, February 2025.

Last year in February 2024, I emphasized that "THE FBI stole my phone".
I did not emphasize THEN that planet fitness is also culpable.
Why?  Well, because I'm an active member, I thought I "belonged", and I saw the fbi as the culprit.

And, I believed that the boy, josh, at planet fitness
thought that he was doing the right thing by cooperating with "authorities" and lying and lying and lying to me.

But planet fitness was not humble or concerned when I uncovered their crime and posted it on my website.

But they should be.
The ramifications of committing crimes for the fbi can be very bad for anybody or group or corporation.
Passing this information up the chain at planet fitness from Hummelstown pa to corporate, for their upper management to consider was/is called for.
Planet Fitness needs a clear policy regarding 
committing crimes (or taking "FISHY ORDERS" as Patrick Byrne would say) for the fbi.

Planet Fitness needs a nationwide or worldwide correction of policy regarding being stooges for fbi criminals.

But now, instead, they are harassing me at ANOTHER planet fitness - in Harrisburg.  They are threatening me with loss of privileges.

This is troubling because the founders of planet fitness established an excellent, positive culture in their chain.
"YOU BELONG!" is their motto seen all over in their gyms.

Apparently now, for me, it's "WE Belong AND THEY Belong, BUT YOU DON'T Belong, Mr. Scully."
Remember what you said when they tried to KILL you, Mr. President?
"FIGHT!         FIGHT!         FIGHT!"
With your help, President Trump, I will press charges now against the fbi and the hummelstown police and planet fitness.

It was the fbi and/or the local police agency, that stole my phone,
but planet fitness in Hummelstown was complicit.

A boy named JOSH at planet fitness gave the fbi my phone, and then this boy named JOSH lied to me about it,
saying that "they gave it to another member who they'd just spoken to on the phone and who would return it that night after work".

I thought it was very strange because this boy JOSH was the one I'd spoken to on the phone the previous night, a Sunday,
and he found my phone in a minute or so when I told him what machine I had been on.
He said they were closing and I said OK and I'd see them in the morning.
It was the same JOSH who was there the next morning, Monday.

He had the phone Sunday night.  He is the one who put it away, so he should have been able to just go get it, in a minute or so.
But I waited and waited and waited and waited, and then he came back with the story that they gave it to someone else.
So, it's likely the fbi or cops came Sunday night after I called planet fitness, or early Monday morning, showed a badge, took the phone.

So Monday I reluctantly accepted the story ... until I didn't.  That is, after working out a bit, it came to me that the story just didn't make sense.
REMEMBER, MR PRESIDENT, WE ARE THE TEAM OF COMMON SENSE.
THE OLD REPUBLICAN PARTY IS NOT YET THE PARTY OF COMMON SENSE, BUT WE'LL FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT TO MAKE IT THAT WAY.

I told the boy JOSH that his story didn't make sense and that I knew who had my phone and it was the cops and I wanted it back
(I had to go through this kind of thing about 15 years in middle-evil-town pa
when a couple of evil (now former) cops named heister and crone tried to procure my laptop by trickery and deceit.
heister also tried to kidnap my dog, and ruin me in other ways, as well, so I know the lawmun's tricks about stealing phones and computers).

Then, the boy JOSH went to the closed-door back office for about a half hour or more,
and came out with a new, different story, repeating over and over that it was "an internal matter".
He said it was taken by a worker and they didn't know who and they were looking at videos, and it was an "internal matter".
He said they were looking at surveillance videos to find out.

So, when they tell you two different stories, one of them is a lie.
Actually, in this case, BOTH the stories were lies and the fbi or cops had my phone.
I told him I wanted it back IMMEDIATELY, and a half hour later he handed it to me.

So, the boy JOSH's different lies exposed the planet fitness and fbi crime.

I say it was is the fbi (rather than police) because the tracking, surveillance, and harassment occurs throughout the United States, wherever I go.
I often drive a truck over-the-road (nationwide), so I've had continuous opportunities to observe and experience this.
How did the spying agency know that I left my phone at planet fitness for a few hours?
Obviously, it is because they spy on me constantly (every phone call, including my call to planet fitness).
Or, it is possible that planet fitness has become the fbi's spy - ordered to report all my activities to the fbi,
and that would include such activity as misplacing my phone there for a few hours.

(I know that the fbi frequents the middletown police station as a substation or hangout
because of a phone call and a visit one of them made to me 4 years ago, pretending to be responding to my craigslist ad seeking a renter).

BECAUSE OF THAT THEFT INCIDENT IN FEBRUARY 2024, I RE-STARTED PUBLISHING ON THIS WEBSITE, AND HAVE BEEN DOING SO ALL YEAR.
THIS YEAR MY WEBSITE'S GONE THROUGH SEVERAL INTERATIONS, that is,
1. FIGHTING FOR MY REPUTATION AGAINS fbi SMEARS AS A godless, racist sex pervert (you can't make this shit up!) in Feb, Mar, and Apr.
2. EXPRESSING DISGUST AT THE GENOCIDE IN GAZA - Apr May Jun Jul Aug etc.
3. FIGHTING FOR THE TRUMP/VANCE VICTORY IN NOVEMBER (YAY! THANK GOD!) - JUL, AUG, SEP, OCT, NOV.
4. TRANSITION - NOV, DEC, JAN and continuing.

I DID NOT PROSECUTE planet fitness IN FEBRUARY 2024 BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TO GO TO THE POLICE TO REPORT THE CRIME, AND THE POLICE COMMITTED THE CRIME.
NOW HOWEVER, I AM EXPERIENCING HARASSMENT NEARBY AT THE planet fitness IN HARRISBURG
(AND EVERYWHERE I GO - BE IT A GUN SHOW, A BOWLING ALLEY, A MCDONALDS).


(on my way to the harrisburg gun show a couple of Saturdays ago, I deftly avoided a potentially fatal road-rage incident.
Remember - I drive a tractor trailer combination for a living when I have to, with well over a million going on two million miles driven -
I am a defensive and patient driver.
I was on 2nd Ave in west harrisburg heading toward the gun show, driving slowly, and a car flashed me from behind so pulled over to let him pass.
When he got in front of me, he started playing the slowing down and stopping game.
When he stopped, I tried to pass on the left and he pulled over and blocked me, so I had to stop.
Then I backed up and waited.  He did that little more, and then he pulled up and parked.
Here, my instincts told me he was getting his gun ready, and that even driving past his parked positions would not be safe.

So, I backed up half a block and took another side street.
But these are the kind of violent nitwits you have going to gun shows.
It's a mess in this country, Mr. President.
We have A LOT of work to do.


HERE'S A BIT OF A NOTE.  As a businessman and deal-maker, President Trump, I feel certain that you are familiar with
the 1982 best seller by Herb Cohen, titled "You Can Negotiate Anything".
It is an easy read, and through the years I often referred to it.
Cohen maintains that the three main elements of a negotiation are information, time, and power.
He explains that a significant portion of a negotiation often happens in the final moments - because of the pressure of a deadline.

(for example, according to the foreign affairs experts I follow, Russia is responding with extreme, level-headed caution to the provocations of the
current mentally-ill or evil US administration and of the Ukraine rulers because, as the deadline of January 20 approaches,
they are likely to engage is crazier and crazier and more and more extreme actions, out of desperation (Hail Mary's, if you will).
We have all observed this in the past couple of months.
