Now, I must say that what the lawyer wrote, above, offends my sensibilities,
but he must have felt that it was true and relevant.

I, myself, honor the heroic LGBTQ community.  They are heros, aren't they?
But, I certainly and most adamantly DO NOT approve of principals killing superintendents, no matter what,
even if they were gay lovers.
That's no excuse, as far as I'm concerned.

Now, I must say that there is something strange and problematic about the district's hiring practices.

First of all, they engaged in a "hire-to-fire" CONSPIRACY when they hired me to fire me.
The witness of this conspiracy is the child of the briggs parents, two brats.
This student announced out loud in class, addressing me, that
"the principal is going to fire you."
This occurred within the first few weeks.
Of course, the only way a child knows this kind of stuff
is by hearing it freely spoken by the parents - in this case, two brats.
This website and courageous whistleblowing complaint
is replete with examples of hostile and psycho-gaslighting behavior by principal stevie wartgo.
At about the same time,
psychobrat stevie snarled and told me "there will be no two-week vacation for you!"
Sure as poop, they told me I was fired
the day after Veterans' Day Weekend, 2016.
So, this veteran got to spend that Christmas freezing in a mudpatch,
(while the local gallup mechanics took MONTHS to do basic repairs on my truck/motorhome),
going broke and into debt, and unemployed
after they lured me from Chicago, where I had made plans to spend the year differently,
studying and applying for an Illinois Teaching Credential,
and being near my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchild.

Further, two years later, almost to the day in 2018 (last year)
they fired a teacher whom they lured from Florida, band teacher Michael Johnson.
I don't know anything about him or that case other than what I read online in the gallup paper,
but it is not a crime for a band teacher to measure the boys for their uniforms.
Most reasonable people would say that's part of his job.
Who the hell else is going to do it?
Maybe, probably, certainly, he wanted to make sure the uniforms fit properly.
Some people actually DO their jobs!
Unlike the janitors at Chief Manuelito Middle School.
There, I had to sweep the floors every day
because they NEVER did.
Psychobrat stevie was with them on that,
and told me I had to sweep the floors.
Well, now I'm wiping up the floor with stevie and the janitors.

As I have said, I honor our heroic gay community,
but I must tell you of a certain kind of deviance I witnessed
during the 2 1/2 months I taught there.

We teachers new to the district had to attend an evening's orientation "training" each month
in the steel-doored, buzzer-entry-and-exit fortress at district offices
(they have to take extreme measures to defend themselves because they treat people so badly).
Well, one of our trainers was a principal exhibiting every stereotypical characteristic of gayness.
I do not know if he was gay, but he acted it, COMPLETELY.
That didn't bother me.  In fact, I honor and praise him for his heroism.

What DID bother me was the lesson he gave.
He told us about the time he was teaching a class,
and a boy in the class behaved so badly
that he and the entire rest of the class had to retreat to the library.
I thought that was a strange response to a misbehaving child.
That flew in the face of everything I had learned in life.
Number one, the boy was a terrorist, and you don't negotiate with terrorists.
In the same vein, according to Skinner's Operant Conditioning,
the teacher was rewarding that boy for misbehaving severely.
He was actually training that boy to be a behavior problem for the rest of his life.
The boy dominated the class, showed that he was the alpha male,
and made the teacher and class flee.
He got a lot of attention, and got to do what he wanted and impose his will.

Then, here is the absurd and horribly wrong conclusion.
After an hour or so, the principal said,
the boy decided to join them in the library.
When the principal said this, he beamed and glowed with satisfaction,
as if this was a good result.
Everything had worked out wonderfully, he concluded
(because of the patience and understanding they showed, I guess).

Now, I looked around and I decided that my best option was to shut up and say nothing.
Nobody else disagreed with him, so I wasn't going to.
They were either brainwashed and internalized political correctness,
or they were afraid, or both.

But this is the kind of politically correct nonsense world we live in today.
  
It's a lot like that other mentally ill principal, stevie wartgo.
I described in my courageous whistleblowing complaint on this website
how stevie pulled a "Taming of The Shrew" performance on me the first week.

 Just as a reminder, school had been in session only 2 or 3 days in August, 2016,
when psycho-brat punk, religious fanatic and wannabe military officer/fbi blackshirt/cop stevie wartgo
came to my room and said my arrangement of student desks in groups of four
"violated all educational theory."
The wartgo then took me to other classrooms nearby, praising the desk arrangements.
Then (AND THIS IS THE GOD HONEST TRUTH!)
the wartgo-brat took me to a classroom where
THE DESKS WERE ARRANGED IN GROUPS OF FOUR EXACTLY AS I HAD THEM ARRANGED IN MY CLASSROOM.
He praised the arrangement as a another model I could imitate.

I just stepped back and watched him and said nothing,
suspecting that he was just trying to start an argument so he could fire me. 

I recently learned there's a name for that kind of nonsense.
It's called "gaslighting."

He made her say it was the moon.
They he called her a liar for agreeing with him, because it was the sun.

They call that "gaslighting."

What is gaslighting and is it illegal?
Gaslighting Law and Legal Definition.
Gaslighting refers to a form of intimidation or psychological abuse
where false information is presented to the victim.
The purpose of such act is to make them doubt their own memory and perception.
This term is also known as ambient abuse.

Now, I didn't doubt myself when psychobrat principal stevie wartgo pulled that crap.
I just didn't say anything,
because I suspected he wanted to start an argument and fire me on the spot.

I waited until the time was right to disclose what a punk brat he is.

That time is now.

Similarly, I did not question the heroic gay principal at the monthly training orientation.
Same reason.

Former Principal Convicted Of Killing Boss

TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES, N.M. (AP)
A former high school principal has been sentenced to life in prison for fatally shooting his boss, the school superintendent,
during a February job evaluation. 
A state district court jury on Thursday found O.C. "Chick" Fero, formerly with Tohatchi High,
guilty of first-degree murder after deliberating for 4 1/2 hours. 
He was sentenced by District Judge Ed DePauli, who recommended that Fero receive psychiatric treatment during his imprisonment. 

There was no dispute during Fero’s four-day trial over whether he killed Gallup-McKinley County school Superintendent Paul Hanson.
The state alleged Fero acted intentionally when he fired five shots at Hanson on Feb. 22,
while the defense said Fero’s actions were caused by a mental illness. 

Defense attorney Leon Taylor of Albuquerque argued that Fero should be convicted of the lesser charge of manslaughter.
But in his instructions to the jury, DePauli said only the charges of first-degree and second-degree murder could be considered. 
Another attorney for Fero, Phil Gaddy, said the lack of a manslaughter choice for the jury would be a key point of the former principal’s appeal. 
During the trial, two secretaries at the school district’s administration headquarters testified that while Fero was meeting with Hanson,
they heard five gunshots, after which Fero calmly walked out of Hanson’s office and said, "Call the police." 

Other prosecution witnesses testified that Fero admitted killing Hanson...

...In a recorded statement to police, made six hours after the shooting and played for jurors, Fero said he did not remember shooting Hanson. 
He said that as he began to leave Hanson’s office, he opened a portfolio he was carrying and a gun fell out. 
The next thing he remembered, he said, was seeing Hanson lying on the floor of his office. 
Fero said he reached down to touch Hanson and "my heart just fell out."
"I felt I’d done such a terrible thing ... I shot a man," he said.
