(Washington Post) On a lot of television news shows, hosts are required to be personalities. On C-SPAN, the hosts are sort of anti-personalities. It's not about you?
(STEVE SCULLY) I think you're right. If you watch MSNBC or Fox or CNN, it's all about them. And that's what's different about C-SPAN.
It's all about the person we're interviewing.

IMAGINE WHAT THEY'RE DOING TO ANYBODY ELSE
THAT THEY WANT TO RAILROAD!
I noticed a change in the last 20 years.
It's as though prosecutors realized they could
punch their tickets to multi-million dollar salaries
and international law firms
or get positions in the highest halls of government
if they used the law as a weapon
instead of as a measure of justice.

Harvey wrote "3 Felonies A Day" and his thesis is
that the average American going about their daily business
commits 3 felonies a day without even knowing it because
we have a serious problem with Congress
having passed too many laws, not to mention prosecutors...
We have a serious problem of over-criminalization
and abuse of criminal laws generally.

Michael Flynn Finally
Seems To Be Getting The Justice He DeservesThe National Interest
The plea agreement signed by Flynn, his lawyers,
and the prosecutors explicitly states:
"No agreements, promises, understandings, or representations
have been made by the parties or their counsel
other than those contained in writing herein,
nor will any such agreements, promises, understandings
or representations be made unless committed to writing
and signed by Flynn, defense counsel,
and the special counsel's office."
But there are documents
from Flynn's former lawyers stating that
"We have a lawyers' unofficial understanding
that they are unlikely to charge Junior
in light of the Cooperation Agreement."
They went on to say in other internal emails that
"The government took pains not to give a promise
to MTF regarding Michael Jr.,
so as to limit how much of a "benefit"
it would have to disclose as part of its Giglio disclosures
to any defendant against whom
MTF may one day testify."
If true, prosecutors were being too cute by half.
(definition. Oxford. Too clever for their own good.)
The only reason we know about this potential side deal
is because Flynn's new lawyer, Sidney Powell
filed these excerpts after the old firm turned over
sixty-eight hundred new documents
it had inadvertently failed to give Flynn's new counsel.
jug sullivan ordered to obey, again
but he keeps DISOBEYING
Andrew McCarthy keeps talking collegiality
"he's a great jug, can't understand this,
let's keep being nice to him."
This is Andrew McCarthy's tribal loyalty
to the judicial industry careers.
Meanwhile, OBVIOUSLY,
jug sullivan's tribal loyalty is to obama.
It's clear even to the part-time observer like me
that the Dems freaked out in early May
when the Flynn disclosure documents
FINALLY came out, despite wray,
but thanks to Grennell.
This explains not only jug sullivan's panic,
but also the street disorders.
CLEARLY, jug sullivan wants to OBSTRUCT
and DISTRACT and STIR UP a MEDIA FRENZY,
especially if he can get watergate era
attorneys (and maybe the rolling stones)
to perform for liberal media consumption
and FOX News frenzied outrage,
just a month before the conventions.
As I said, OBVIOUS.

THE FEDERAL PROSECUTOR
An Address by ROBERT H. JACKSON, Attorney General of the United States
Delivered at The Second Annual Conference of United States Attorneys
Great Hall Department of Justice Building, Washington, D. C., April 1940
I call this
SELECTIVE PROSECUTION
"The prosecutor has more control over life, liberty, and reputation
than any other person in America.
His discretion is tremendous.
He can have citizens investigated and...
he can have this done to the tune of public statements and veiled or unveiled intimations.
Or the prosecutor may choose a more subtle course and simply have a citizen's friends interviewed.
The prosecutor can order arrests, present cases to the grand jury in secret session,
and on the basis of his one-sided presentation of the facts,
can cause the citizen to be indicted and held for trial...
While the prosecutor at his best is one of
the most beneficent forces in our society,
when he acts from malice or other base motives,
he is one of the worst."

and by D-R-A-G-G-I-N-G T-H-I-S O-U-T to add to the stress and chaos
leading up to the conventions and the election.
Of course, it also refers to the entire obamagate scandal
and the persecution of General Flynn.

IT'S CALLED SELECTIVE PROSECUTION
The Heritage Foundation "With the law books filled with a great assortment of crimes,
a prosecutor stands a fair chance of finding
at least a technical violation of some act
on the part of almost anyone.
In such a case, it is not a question of
discovering the commission of a crime
and then looking for the man who has committed it,
it is a question of picking the man
and then searching the law books, or putting investigators to work,
to pin some offense on him.
It is this realm in which the prosecutor picks some person whom he dislikes
or desires to embarass,
or selects some group of unpopular persons and then looks for an offense,
that the greatest danger of abuse of prosecuting power lies.
It is here that law enforcement becomes personal,
and the real crime becomes that of being
unpopular with the predominant or governing group,
being attached to the wrong political views,
or being personally obnoxious to
or in the way of
the prosecutor himself"
Five days ago, the Appeals Court ordered judge sullivan
to dismiss the criminal case against
General Michael Flynn.
It is now June 29 and sullivan STILL hasn't obeyed.
It was on Thursday, May 7,
TWO MONTHS AGO,

the case against Flynn be dropped,

He's doing it for tribal loyalty to obama
