What They Did To David Scully in Late 2016
PAY ATTENTION TO THE TIMELINE. IT'S ALL THAT MATTERS.
1. August 2016
"Hired", Harassed, Threatened And Abused, and then Fired after 3 months, early November.
2. Autumn 2018 (2 years later), I sent Whistleblowing Complaint to Governor of New Mexioo
,
After Having Largely Recovered From The Emotional And Psychological Abuse of 2016.
(they had driven me almost to a nervous breakdown at 3 months,
and I had been planning Thanksgiving and Christmas devoted to mental health breaks.
I even became suicidal after the illegal and abusive termination in 2016)
But by 2018 after recovering because of a positive,
collegial and professional experience Teaching English in Ciudad Juarez (the opposite of what I endured at gallup)
and because of finding peace and quiet with the deer and antelope roaming in the West Texas oil fields,
it calmed down and healed, and it became clearer to me how I'd obviously been abused from the getgo, from Day 1 or even before,
and I told the facts in a Whistleblowing Complaint to The Governor of New Mexico and NM Public Education Department.
3. Weeks later, also in Autumn 2018, right after my Whistleblowing Complaint of 2018,
AND BECAUSE OF MY WHISTLEBLOWING COMPLAINT,
a RETALIATORY HIT PIECE VIDEO was produced and shown on some tv station in Albuquerque.
The hit piece was NONSENSE, but it was salacious, and THAT was their objective.
as far as the truth and the facts, but effective in making me APPEAR bad, which was its intent
(all about influence and persuasion and character assassination)

THAT'S THE TIMELINE, AND THE TIMELINE IS VERY IMPORTANT
BECAUSE IT SHOWS THAT
THE HIT PIECE VIDEO WAS NOTHING MORE THAN A TRASH PIECE OF GARBAGE, RETALIATION FOR MY WHISTLEBLOWING COMPLAINT OF 2018.
In other words, if there was anything substantial and meaningful and newsworthy, then they should have produced the video in 2016.
But there was nothing to report, so they didn't, in 2016.
But, in 2018, they CREATED a sensational, lurid HIT-PIECE video weeks after I published my Whistleblowing Expose
of the illegal, malicious behavior by stevie wartgo and those cooperating with him at gallup schools.
The hard part of this entry is to keep it short and simple.
This is a little longer than the previous page.
I'm trying to avoid length but it's unavoidable in getting a lot of the facts out.
There are many approaches,
(people want to get right to the salacious, the sex, the scandal,
but that's just a smokescreen, a canard, a red herring, a distraction)
but the more different aspects I discuss,
the more confusing it gets to the reader who didn't live through it like I did.
The story is the malfeasance, the criminal and, to say the least,
unprofessional and uncollegial behavior by the principal and his agents.
I could start with conclusions, to make sure you know where it's all going, to the best I could figure.
I could get right into the retaliatory hit-piece video they did on me in 2018
(that was salacious, and that's what most people want - salacious scandals, downfalls)
They did that hit-piece video right after I posted a WhistleBlowing Complaint on my website
and sent a copy to The Governor of New Mexico
and to the New Mexico Public Education Department.
So, do you get the point there.
They had two years after the events of 2016 to do that hit piece, but they never did,
because there was no real story there.
Then, in late 2018, two years later, RIGHT AFTER I SUBMITTED MY WHISTLEBLOWING COMPLAINT,
THEN SUDDENLY they did a hit piece,
but there was STILL no real story there.
They made it LOOK LIKE there's a big, salacious, scandalous story there
because that's what those professional, hit-piece producers do.
But there was nothing there in 2016 worthy of reporting,
and there was nothing there in 2018 worthy of reporting either.
The only difference is that I had just submitted a Complaint to The Governor of New Mexico
telling the true story of what happened in gallup in 2016.
In other words, it was SIMPLY RETALIATORY.
They were retaliating with a salacious story of nonsense garbage.
(Brief comments here on the hit piece.
I only found the hit piece, myself, last year in 2020.
I was shocked and stunned, but dismissed it because it's ridiculous.
It got a good video of me holding my head in my hands, under stress.
That's because I WAS under stress, being set up with trick questions meant to trap me.
They were telling me that it was ok to have sex with 12-year-olds in Native American culture,
and that 9, 10, and 11-year-olds were having sex there, because they were just like "little adults".
I just responded that I'd never heard anything like that before (because I hadn't)
and I became evasive, wary, and careful, because I knew they weren't being honest with me.
I recall that in the video they asked me a question
and they made my answer appear evasive.
I can't recall the details, but I was being evasive sometimes, not to hide anything,
but to avoid going into absurd discussions that were salacious but irrelevant.
But the real topper was when they talked about the "sexual harassment" of the other math teacher.
I've mentioned it before, but it was a COMPLETELY FRIVOLOUS COMPLAINT at week two
for which she and the principal stevie should have been prosecuted.
I basically gave her a fist bump, shoulder to shoulder, to encourage her because she'd been weeping
because of the extremely stressful environment created by the psychobrat principal stevie wartgo.
I got the frivolous complaint dropped after expending time and effort and energy
because, of course, there was nothing to it. It was made up.
The other teachers in the room saw nothing because, of course, there was nothing that happened to see.
But, for the video hit piece, they interviewed someone I never saw or heard of before
who invented a completely new story.
As I recall, the person said that I said these things to the crippled little old lady 6th grade teacher, and did these things.
1. told her I wanted to hump her thigh
2. said that I was going to do it.
3. did it.
Now, if ever there was a ridiculous story, that is one.
If I said and did those things, I would have been arrested.
It was a complete fabrication, and the rest of the hit-piece video should be seen as such, also.
I remind you, this hit-piece video was made two years after I left the school.
Certainly, some action would have been taken within those two years, if anything like that had happened.
It was a complete fabrication, a total lie.
The only glimmer of truth is that there WAS a sexual harassment complaint, but it was FRIVOLOUS, and dropped in 2016,
for being completely false.
But, there WAS a grievance filed against that emotional, crippled little old lady teacher
by the union president, on my behalf, because she came into my classroom (although not allowed to do so)
and tore my math posters off my classroom walls and threw them on the floor.
I bought those math posters, and I was carefully covering them with butcher paper for a test.
I shouldn't have had to purchase them, because psychobrat principal stevie wartgo
had told me that he had "money to burn" from the district for such purposes,
but he wouldn't purchase math posters to put on the empty walls of the classroom he assigned me.
The video also panned in on a note. The janitor came up to my classroom (I was there)
and he went to the trash cans and emptied them and excitedly said on his phone or walkie-talkie,
"I got something here!" So, it wasn't like he "found" something. Either he knew there was a note in there,
or the note was in his pocket and he said he found it in the trash.
In other words, he wasn't just emptying the trash. He went to the trash looking for a note, or pretending to,
on a "FISHING EXPEDITION", only the fish was planted there, or already in the janitor's pocket.
I've thought about it a lot, whether the principal, or a student, another teacher made it happen
(that is, wrote it or had someone do it). The students were always writing and passing notes,
and that reminds me of what my son told me about how they had fun in junior high
writing love notes and pretending someone else wrote it. Good prank on a teacher, huh?
I did have memos and notes to myself scribbled in notebooks like a "to do" list
in the classroom, and that would included notes to myself to talk to students
or to groups of students about this or that.
Anyway, the note, whoever wrote it, was purportedly in the trash, not delivered to a student.
I noticed it was not addressed to a student, or signed by the writer, either.
It was just an "over-the-top" kinda nonsense love note that they produced
that week, just after the local union president filed a grievance against that teacher
for ripping my posters off the wall and tossing them on the floor.
When I left (at this point suicical and approaching a nervous breakdown from the harassment)
they said I had to agree to drop all grievances.
So, they were absolutely urgently determined to get me out of the school immediately
and pressure me to drop all grievances
(the only actual grievance that had been filed at that time
was the the union president had filed against the poster-throwing teacher, on my behalf.
But principal stevie wartgo had been ringleading this aggression since the first day of school, or before,
and he was a potential target for many, many grievances.
Ms. Garner, the GATE flake teacher next door, suddenly said her mother died and left for two weeks.
She had been in my classroom moments before the teacher ripped and tossed my posters.
In fact, it seemed to be choreographed.
That is, the instnant Garner stepped out of the room, leaving me and the poster-tearer alone,
the poster-tearer tore posters.
I told them I never gave a note to a student, though I wrote many notes and memos to myself.
So who knows? The real story is the harassment that started on day 1, and continued.
I could start with the assault on me at school on the first day
with a 12" knife to the belly by the the goon shop teacher,
obviously working under the direction of the psychobrat principal, stevie wartgo.
Logically, I could start with a chronological narrative of what happened
from the phone interview on Tue, August 2
to the job offer on Thu, August 4,
to my arrival in gallup, my UHaul limping in, on Mon, August 8,
to the bullying by 3 large male teachers and the 12" hunting knife assault to my belly by one of them on Tue, August 9,
the first morning of the first day of teacher orientation.
Another way of looking at that chronology is that between
the job offer, 8/4, and my arrival, 8/8, were 3 or 4 days when they could have changed their minds and called me.
Monday, 8/8, was a day they could have sat down with me and had a talk, and re-considered before I filled out the paperwork.
But Tuesday, 8/9, they came after me with hostility, committing crimes, like they hated me and didn't want me
OR,
perhaps,
like they hated me and were determined to bully me and harass me for a few months and then fire me.
Believe me, I've thought it all through in the past five years.
At first, when it was happening, I just thought I was having a bad day,
and then another bad day, and then another bad day, and then another bad day, and then another bad day ...
or that I just had an immature principal with a bad personality, but that he couldn't be T-H-A-T bad!
But it went on and on and on...to no end, so far.
Or I could start out with Ms. Singh. She was a ray of light in the darkness.
She came into my classroom every day, some periods, specializing in a certain category of students.
She was a mature woman - over 50, probably over 60.
She was an experienced, certified specialist teacher or counselor.
She said she'd been at the school since it had been built about a dozen years earlier.
She was never a stressful presence. I really wanted to use her help more,
but I think she had her own specific tasks to attend to.
We saw eye to eye on instruction. We were both kinda old school - you know, competent.
I coulda taught 6th grade math when I was in the sixth grade,
but this common core system that the district and principal were forcing on me was nonsensical.
We actually had a "math expert" come in from district to "help"
and she told me that it was absolutely beyond question established
that doing problems (math problems in a math class, that is) was a complete waste of time.
Again, I repeat, "doing math problems in a math class was a complete waste of time."
Proven. By research. ?!
Anyway, after a month, more or less, into the school year
she advised me that I needed to go to the school district and file a grievance against the principal
for his extreme and continuous harassment, so I could get the professional assistance I needed from them
to get him to stop.
That, alone, should be enough to say
